The attorneys with Beard Kultgen Brophy Bostwick Dickson & Squires, LLP have been aggressively protecting and prosecuting business and individual claims of Central Texas clients for over half a century. Over fifty years ago, Pat Beard and David Kultgen formed Beard & Kultgen. In 2003, Richard E. Brophy, Jr., Frederick deB. Bostwick, III, and J. David Dickson joined Pat Beard and David Kultgen to form the new firm of Beard, Kultgen, Brophy, Bostwick & Dickson, LLP. The Firm’s practice is devoted to the following primary areas: probate, civil litigation, serious personal injury and product liability claims, environmental law, real estate, banking law, mergers and acquisitions, construction law, advising small to medium sized business, complex business problems and bankruptcy.
